James Ahern was born in Barnet on 10 March 1992. His life was tragically cut short in a road accident on 16 August 2014. In due course, a foundation and website will be set up in lasting memory of his passion for life. In the meantime, please leave your own thoughts, stories, music and videos here. As his mum Maria said: “Jamie was the most gorgeous, electric, alive, vibrant, charming young man whom everybody adored. The last thing he said to me was, ‘I love you mum. You’re a funny little thing sometimes but you’re mine and I love you’.” His dad Terry: “There are so many people who have been talking about how much they feel the loss. He touched the lives of everybody he had anything to do with. You only had to meet James once to feel his spirit. He was extraordinary."
